Letter to
our Guests
- Dear Guests,
We are hoping that you will enjoy your visit here to Atlanta. Atlanta is known for many things and we are hoping that in your short time you get to experience some of the things that make Atlanta HOT!
This year we tried to keep your budgets in mind. By selecting a hotel directly in the downtown area, we have given you walking access to many of the attractions in Atlanta. For those destinations that are further away we have secured a location near the
MARTA (train station), that will allow you to travel to far away destinations. We are trying to add in a few new features that we hope you will enjoy, while keeping in a few old familiar favorites. We've added golfing to the menu this year in hopes to provide the men with a few things that will interest them. We have kept consistent with the annual bowling event, but added a twist of making the competition territorial instead of ladies versus the men. So be sure to rep your city.
We have also tried to keep your budgets in mind during these trying times. With your $75.00 registration fee, we have tried to include many of the basic things that you all would enjoy, bowling, 2 continental breakfasts, a walking tour (From Civil War to Civil Rights), a pajama party, a 3 course dinner on Saturday night and a few more surprises. We are also offering ala carte events that range from mild in price to wild in price to fit the budgets of all our guests.
As you view the site be sure to click around. Every corner of each page displays an Atlanta attraction, that may be added to your itinerary. If you click on the pictures you can gather more information regarding the venue. The website also offers a guestbook, a guestmap (pretty cool), and a FAQ page that will cover any question you could possibly have. In case we forgot to mention something and you would like to inquire, please use our contact us link to pose your question. We are willing, able and anxious to help.
We look forward to seeing you this year and plan to make this a spectacular event as always.
Sincerely,
Moni, Toya, Shannon, Najah, Glenn, POCAtlanta volunteers and Members
